Our prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

• All products will be shipped within 14-45 business days after payment is received. We will always make every effort to shorten your waiting time.
• Orders are shipped by Israel Post or EMS Airmail with a tracking number.
• Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive at worldwide destinations.
• Delivery times may vary according to the destination and type of the delivery.
• Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur. Fe Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for canceling the order.
